Upload Your Child's Picture ...

Notes:
Please only upload pictures of fairies which have actually been drawn or painted by your child or a child you are looking after, the picture must be in JPG/JPEG format, but don't worry digital cameras and scanners usually produce pictures in this format
- we will automatically resize the picture to the correct size for the webpage it will be displayed on.. you can only upload one picture at a time, although you are welcome to repeat the process and upload more than one picture if you can't decide which one you want to show! All personal details are optional. The picture will be shown, with the child's name and age, along with the city/county/state and country if any of these details are supplied ... any more specific address will be deleted When the fairy picture has been successfully uploaded we will send a personalised certificate by email to the address provided, if no email address is provided we are unable to send the certificate, but will of course still display the picture. An adult must supervise the uploading of any pictures, please write your name below and confirm that you are over 18 years old and that you are either completing this process on behalf of a child or that you are supervising them while they do it themselves.
