Step 1 (of 5): READ THE NOTES

Notes:

1). upto 2 (optional) pictures can be submitted with each profile, to keep download speeds as quick as possible the size is restriced
- oversized pictures will be automatically resized.

one is max 200 x 200 pixels, doesn't have to be square (max 15k)
the other is max 500 x 500 pixels again doesn't have to be square (max 50k)

you can email them to me later and i will insert them.

2). do NOT use any html tags - the page will be formatted automatically.

3). your email address will not be shown on the site, this is to protect you from so called spambots that spider the internet looking for email addresses to spam.

site visitors will be able to contact you directly, the messages will be forwarded to you by our server.

4). if you provide a website address then visitors will of course be able to go straight to your site by clicking the link
